So one or two people have asked me why I am talking about turmeric and turmeric oil? some of you know I am in a wheelchair with a muscle wasting illness for inclusion body myositis; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inclusion_body_myositis

I was diagnosed in 2013 here in Thailand with this illness and realised no specialists whatsoever in Thailand to advise me on this illness of which there is no treatment or no cure. So basically I studied it myself as time has gone on and although I have been taking turmeric and Ginger for some time I found out this small company here in pattaya that makes turmeric oil, so as usual I thought no pain no gain so I boght some to try. After about a week because I was keeping a mental note of any changes, I noticed the first thing was my numb bum From spending about 16 hours a day in a wheelchair, I noticed I was much more comfortable than before and my lower back problem also seemed better, Also one of the things I suffer with is the heat around my groin and that area was noticeably less than before, When I say suffer I mean heat rash and the most incredible itching which may seem insignificant but I can#t physically scratch it myself and asking other people to scratch my scrotum seemed to upset most.

By now I have been using turmeric oil For just over two weeks and the aches in my shoulders has pretty much cleared up, this has been occurring due to the lack of muscles, dropping shoulders, I was also suffering a type of fungal growth hardly noticeable, behind my ears and on my scalp this was also very itchy and that turmeric oil has also seemed to clear that up as well, I know by reading a lot of studies that inflamation is the cause of many many illnesses, Internally and externally and although the pharmaceutical industry will give you a big bag of pills as they have tried me before, Even though there is no official cure or treatment for my illness but they never tell you about natural treatments such as to turmeric and ginger and eating a proper diet.

It's Great to find something made here in Pattaya, That actually works and is completely natural, no chemicals whatsoever, I will continue to use this and keep you informed for anybody interested.

from Wiki; Inclusion body myositis (IBM) (/maɪoʊˈsaɪtɪs/) (sometimes called sporadic inclusion body myositis, sIBM) is the most common inflammatory muscle disease in older adults.[2] The disease is characterized by slowly progressive weakness and wasting of both proximal muscles (located on or close to the torso) and distal muscles (close to hands or feet), most apparent in the finger flexors and knee extensors.[3] IBM is often confused with an entirely different class of diseases, called hereditary inclusion body myopathies (hIBM).[4][5] The "M" in hIBM is an abbreviation for "myopathy" while the "M" in IBM is for "myositis".[6] In IBM, two processes appear to occur in the muscles in parallel, one autoimmune and the other degenerative. Inflammation is evident from the invasion of muscle fibers by immune cells. Degeneration is characterized by the appearance of holes, deposits of abnormal proteins, and filamentous inclusions in the muscle fibers.[7] sIBM is a rare disease, with a prevalence ranging from 1 to 71 individuals per million.[8][9]

Weakness comes on slowly (over months to years) in an asymmetric manner and progresses steadily, leading to severe weakness and wasting of arm and leg muscles. IBM is more common in men than women.[10] Patients may become unable to perform activities of daily living and most require assistive devices within 5 to 10 years of symptom onset.[11] sIBM does not significantly affect life expectancy,[1] although death related to malnutrition and respiratory failure can occur.[12] The risk of serious injury due to falls is increased.[1] There is no effective treatment for the disease as of 2019.[1]...........By now with this illness I have had for over 10 years, I cannot even feed myself and in bed can hardly move and is wrongly named, should be called 'frustration' Thankfully with the aid of talk to text I still have my purpose of the bookshop and life itself and a good wife.
