Good place to stay as the others have mentioned , cold beers in the lobby are same price as 7-11 so you do not have pack those big bottles from the store.Many channels on the TV, and good size fridge.

I think this hotel is convenient for hang-out Buakhao,

if stay 1, 2 weeks or less, choose this.

just booked for november and they also gave me discount without asking,things must be quite,sporran2 let me know how things went when you return,if you dont mind.

it went ok the place is still quiet but well worth the money.

ive just booked again for dec and jan so it must suit me i guess.

yes we stayed there last week,good value basic hotel,good location and clean.only thing i did not like when you shower no partion so whole bathroom floor gets wet,but not so bad.will consider for world cup july 2010 trip.a few photos.we had superior rooms @ 8oo bht per night.by the way which girl was available for 500 st haha.

i did warm you about the shower but to be honest ive never found it a problem.

everything dries off in 10 minutes anyway.

Good hotel, efficiently run, however seems to be showing its age very quickly, particularly temperamental air conditioners.

Not me. I always stay at Sandy Springs on Soi 13 for 30 days and pay with a Visa card when I check out. I would not pay the full amount upfront unless I was getting a discount.

Monthly discount - not much.

 

Have a friend coming so I contacted a few places. Here's response from Sunview:

 

Non pool view room -

 

Standard room 800 B/D , pay by week =750 B/D , 21,000THB/Month

 

Not a good deal for long stayers.

Balcony view from room 604. I've stayed there 6 or 7 times. The wifi in the room, I paid for one day, but they leave the password run for a few days. Tuc com is the red building in the background.

Never had any problems staying here.Usually book for a night or two on arrival, then have a good look around to see if anything better and cheaper around.

One of the better choices in the B750 to B1000 range.
