Deep Tissue Massage in Pattaya

Recommended Posts

If you are like me, you're carrying a few old injuries from sport, work or accidents. As we get older, the injuries seem to occur more often and the recovery time stretches out. 2025 has been a shocker for me with 3 bad stacks on my e-bike, resulting in 2 x 5 broken ribs, a broken right clavicle, a broken toe. To add more misery I nearly fell through a roof two months ago helping install some solar panels on a mates house and tore the ligaments in my left shoulder.

This past year I've broken all the ribs on both sides of my chest, broken collarbone, and torn ligaments in both shoulders. My knees are shot -worn out the ligaments in both knees, plus a dodgy right ankle from a brutal tackle in soccer years ago

This is my third trip to Patts and the main mission this time around, apart from having as much sex as I can, is to get some serious deep tissue massage to help speed up my recovery so I can fuck my head off! But finding good deep tissue massage in Pattaya can prove elusive

If you are not familiar with the technique, it involves a combination of activating release points, deep thumb massage of tendon and muscle attachment points followed deep slides along the length of the muscle using your thumbs, side of your arm and elbow for really deep work. It is incredibly healing when done well. But it's hard to find a Thai massuese that use this technique. Thai massage is certainly effective but it can be too painful or confronting for old injuries. The oil massage that most ladies in a legit shop is often great especially the older hands, but falls short to a good Deep Tissue massage.

I have been referred to the following that I'll be checking out in the coming days:

Wipada Massage Pattaya Tai 16

Bunnada Health Massage Buakhao Soi 11

Dr. Nat Physical Therapy

I am a trained masseur and demonstrate what technique I would like the massage lady to use if she is willing to learn. I did this with a lady at Monthana Massage today near the corner of Soi Buakhao and Central Pattaya Rd - her name is Duen. She did an amazing job and made some real improvements in my shoulders. 200b for 1 hour plus 100b tip - that's $15 Aussie! I would have paid anywhere up to $100 in Australia for a massage of similar skill!

I'm planning another session with her tomorrow then she will be away for 2 days. She's pretty cute, late 20s, 2 kids, flirty and funny. There was no hint of any funny stuff during our first massage as I was struggling to keep breathing through the pain. But you never know your luck!

More to come - share your intel gents. Sharing is caring :)  No gain without pain!

Thanks @mongerdownunder

Some good info so far.

I have a few niggles with elbows and knees that could use some attention.

Over in LOS later this month and hope to use some of the recommendations made here

Cheers

I always search out a good deep tissue massage when I get a bad case of tractor neck and it is always the ticket to a complete recovery. But with all the broken ribs and torn tendons you are dealing with, I would be cautious, Both with selecting a masseuse and with choosing your activities.

Just started training at the gym again after about 15 months and have major DOMS. This could be useful.

As a side note and not to derail thread, but are you familiar with P4P? There is an Aussie doctor that has a PRP clinic in Melbourne and Pattaya. I had extreme tendon damage in my arms from years of heavy lifting. P4P was the only thing that helped. I had it done in Melbourne a few years ago.

Think his clinic name is Surecell. Might be worth checking out. Not cheap, but don't need to do it often.

Likewise, I’m always on the lookout for a good deep tissue massage focusing on pain points like shoulder, glutes, hamstrings, etc.

Can’t believe with all the guys hitting Gyms in pattaya or just travel related soreness, there isn’t more of a discussion of recommended places, girls.

I did some sport massage at some (higher quality massageshop) near the beach. It's basically a harder thai massage. Not worth 500B imho. I also had pain in my calves the days after (muscle soreness pain, same as when I go to the beach).

After this I checked on Reddit etc, there are actually many incidents with (thai) massages in Thailand. Especially accidents in the neck area. I even saw this on thai news: https://www.nationthailand.com/news/general/40049819

I don't really know if I have the definition of deep tissue massage right but anyway. I work out alot and the massages I had gotten from legit parlors didn't do it for me. So this time I went to Nemo's again and asked for a hard massage, deep tissue. It was one hour where she really worked my back like no one has before. I love elbows pressed hard on my back. It was lovely.

To my surprise she told me it was 250 baht. That is way too cheap. That lady worked hard for that. Handed her 500 and that was low for the effort put in really.

Her name was Onuma and works at Nemo's massage at Soi Buakhao.

I knew a very experienced massage lady who had a 'regular' client who wanted deep tissue massage. Same cost as a normal massage and she really put the effort in, but he never tipped! He would buy stuff from the 7/11 to be shared with all the girls rather than the one who put the effort in.

She eventually refused to massage him even when he asked for her by name - he was hard work!!
