I'm not 100% certain on renting below 30 days. I got the deal from Booking dot com which was good. In terms of cleaning this is the bit which I specified at the time of booking when it was accepted. I asked for clean towels daily so they had to do this an honour the booking as I made my request clear. In terms of actual room cleaning it was every two days. This I didn't mind as I'm quite tidy with my stuff and always put stuff in the bin. There were plenty of bags etc under the sink for general cleaning materials. However, I tend to eat out so never used the kitchen, just to store my beer.

What I didn't know what that places like this which are meant to be residential by the owner probably 95% of all apartments are rented out. On a daily basis I could hear cleaning, vacuums on around 11am which was bit annoying. I wasn't expecting this. However, as the room is divided with a floor to ceiling glass door partition it got rid of any external sounds. Also useful for other activities which can be vocal!
