Before a trip I usually hold off having a wank for about a week.

Zinz tablets and Soya Lecithin tablets, i got mine from 'Holland and barrett' health food shop, a routine starting starting saya 2-3 weeks before you go and while you're there worked wonders, im not exaggerating or unneccessarily talking things up either, make sure you drink plenty of water too although you should be doing that anyway.

I will look into  the Soya and Lecithin  tablets, next time i am in town not far from  Holland and Barrett . The last time I did pay a visit there, I got garlic and cod liver oil. 

I have started drinking more water,and bought a protein powder for drinking before  going to the gym i have recently joined.  I have given  up the fizzy drinks and any beer till  my next  visit to Patters next year.  As for  pumping with my left hand? well not yet mate, thats  a more daunting task  than climing the North face of the  Eiger . Be carefull with vitamin D. Im currently undergoing various test at the Pattaya International due to way to high level of vitamin D which likely origin from one daily multivitamin pill, one Omega 3 pill and sun. If anyone in daubt; sympthoms are not nice

The issue with desensitization is not that you can’t cum, it’s that you can’t stay hard at all with a Vagina.
