Can not ignore topics anymore, and ignored ones are back

Yup, "Ignore Thread" works.

Problem is, as mentioned (somewhat) below by Arnie, there's no way to reverse it.

The "Ignored Topics" shows ("account settings" & to the left, last item), but when it's attempted, results in a "Page Not Found" and the UN-ignoring doesn't work - the topic stays ignored.
