How long wait for visa application?

The last time I applied for 60day visa, Thai London Embassy, it took only about a day n half, I applied a week ago for another and my application is showing  payment pending, is it normal to wait this long or should I contact do you think?

Took me 2 weeks last time (they asked for extra info after 1 week and you go to the back of the queue)
