Accomodation near Soi Chaiyapoon, Soi Lenkee

Hi,

I am traveling to Pattaya during the first week of December and am looking for accomodation around Soi Chaiyapoon. For over eight years now, I always stayed at Dave's place above the Chow soy restaurant which is now closed. I did send an email to the new owners, no response so far. Could somebody please help me out with an email or a telephone number for a guesthouse type accomodation in the vicinity. Want to avoid the 'hotels'...

Thank you!

I stayed at KJS House many times pre covid. I understand it is now under the OYO group. If you could get contact details it could be useful.

A decent guesthouse on Soi Lengkee is Travellers call. It is mainly for golfers but everyone is welcome and it is relatively cheap. Soi Lengkee is quieter than Soi Chaiyaporn and I stayed there a few times and was very happy.

If you use the map function on booking.com, it will show you all the accommodation available in that area

There are many possibilities within 5mins walk, extend that to 10mins walk & you will have hundreds  :)

Hideaway Guesthouse  ...  close enough to Soi Lengkee and Andy, the owner will look after you. Highly recommended.

Take a look at the Vogue hotel off the south side of Soi Lengkee up towards 3rd Road.

I just had a friend book it for 3 weeks for his first trip to Thailand.

Its back a ways from Soi Lengkee so the the noise lever should be low.

no problem. i think many folks think FB is the be all and end all. i've never been on it. to me a more targeted approach is a site like addicts

Opey De Place has a pool, but is the sun being blocked for most of the day?

I understand that as no Chinese Tour buses Vogue is a bit quieter in the morning...Also some of the guest houses nearby use the pool as well with sort of a day pass arrangement for a few bht....
