No I have never smoked, but been around smokers, my mam and dad smoked.  However I have  never smoked and rarely drink, in fact I only even drink a little when in Pattars. 

As for the weight loss, well it hasnt been going to well  as I have not  lost any . I really need to discipline  my self into eating much healthier and exercising more. I did mention in a previous post  that when I do exercise I do end up with flu-like symptoms, but maybe the more I exercise , the cleaner I eat and more weight I lose , the less I will feel these after effects when excercising .
