Ordered from Grab the other day. Weird, not open until 16:30 then checked again and it was open at 15:00 so ordered and delivered quickly. Then checked again about 18:00 and the shop was closed again on Grab but you could order for later that evening

I don't have your answer.  I only have a possibile scenario.

1.  They just redid part of the restaurant and maybe those times had too much construction happening.

or

2.  Chill Inn has been really busy lately.  I don't know how Grab works, but I would guess they can go offline when the restaurant gets too busy to prevent orders backing up.  

If anyone else knows, chime in.

chill inn is open from early morning. always busy when i walk by i think travelling_man is correct, they are trying to keep eat in diners happy. never been in myself only what i see when passing

When I walked by last week there was a notice saying that due to construction it was not opening until later.  I can't remember the time but it was still not open later, so possibly the construction did not go according to plan.  I know this maybe extraordinary for that to happen in Thailand!  LOL

Could be a Grab issue. This is indeed Thailand
