I think the caddying job pays quite well to afford them all those treatments. They earn much more from their tips than their salary. The peer pressure among the clients not to lose face by tipping lowly are high especially since most of them are rich people, tycoons etc. 

I can imagine in a group of them for example caddy A will say to her client that caddy B get's 2k baht from her client and client A will definitely try to top that in order not to lose face to his other well healed friends. So easily 3-5k baht per day from tips alone.

And yes agree on the attire. It's a good change from all those nakedness and vulgarity (IMHO) in the bars, with their uniforms at least there is something for our imagination to work on.

I'm not a Golfer and have no interest in it, but I have a good friend (attended same school as kids) who's a retired front bench parliamentarian and a keen Golfer touring the courses in Asia. 

He knows I monger in LoS and we get chat from time to time, according to him the Thai Caddies are more than just Caddies if you get my meaning.

I'm astonished, almost shocked...

Joking aside, speaking from experience from the Philippines, the girls have time to see how you behave doing those 18 holes. If you are a happy chap they are more willing to go with you.

Covid outbreak in my family made me absent for 2 weeks. Although I wasn't infected I was still busy taking care of others nonetheless. Now that everyone is OK, I am back with some more cute caddies:

Thanks, yes most of them are Bangkok courses but there are a few from Chonburi, Chachoengsao and even Khao Yai.
