Fantastic - and yes Germany played their full part - as we knew they would - but the last time
England knocked Germany out of a tournament I was ten years old (1966).

Happy to take the moment.

Of course, now they will be so emotionally knackered they will get beaten in the quarter finals!

France, Macedonia, Japan, Burkino Faso, Peru - take your pick, but yes I was perhaps being a bit excitable in the pre-match alcohol binge.
