Do you find women who swear unattractive?

It is often said - and I agree - that what makes one person sexier than another is confidence. Swearing is positively correlated with extraversion and is a defining feature of a Type A personality. I personally see little correlation with regards to 'respect'. If someone naturally swears in everyday speech (without being vulgar for the sake of it) then I do not feel any disrespected by that person whatsoever. In fact I could argue the opposite that if that person is comfortable in front of me and swears then there is one less barrier between me and that person.

Swearing is a cultural thing entirely.

In some places, it's normal for people to swear, both men and women, and if you don't do it, you come across as a bit uppity or stilted. In others, it's ok for men, but not for women (Russia is a bit like this). In places like Thailand, it's not really accepted from either gender.

As long as she's not swearing at me in anger, it's OK.

I'm not a fan of swearing when it's a fat western Feminist, but do find it cute when asian ladies swear at me :D

Form is temporary but class is permanent.

You do have to keep in mind the sort of clientele a lot of these women are accustomed to. They’re going to think that that’s just how English is spoken.

I find it unattractive if it's constant, but I'm also equally annoyed if a male friend of mine can't go 2 sentences without a curse word. For women particularly, I think swearing makes them appear more masculine. Not a good look IMO.

I had no idea what that sheila was singing about until near the end when she said she takes it up the blurter. I think there would be better on Beach road.

Its hot when partaking in the belly boxing

But continual swearing from a split arse makes her seem unappealing, im by no means a snob but given the choice id guess the majority wluld take a identical model with out the profanities.

Where do you think they learn it from?

The room is divided, some men swear a lot and ladies copy.

Many people on this forum swear a lot, each to their own.

I don't care. But if we're talking about Asian women ill take one that swears over one that puts on like a strong weird British accent.

I like open frank dirty talk during sex.  Swearing in public, not very lady like IMO.

Nothing objectionable about the odd cuss word dropped in on the odd occasion, for emphasis, in an appropriate situation.....

But women who cannot run more than a few words together without peppering their dialogue with uncouth language seem a trifle vulgar. Yes, I find them unattractive.....

And as for foul mouthed men.... just pig-ignorant oafs. Best avoided too.

Yeah, it's not a good look. If you look how women talked in the 50's, compared to now....it's a massive fall from grace.

You realize that the 50s was literally 70 years ago mate?  Were you even alive then?

I dont swear very often, and I don't care for women who use profanity as part of their everyday language.

Swearing to me yes, because i also don't do that. If it's in general IDC. Sameting as yelling, don't yell to me, i also don't yell to you. it goes both way's.

I try to limit the use of "swearing" in my vocabulary while in public. The use of the "F" word is really out of hand and so many people use it in a sentence on a constant basis. Now, if the "F" word is used in the bedroom, I find it very exciting.:GrinNod1:

But I like a lady who chooses her words wisely and can get her point across without talking like she is a fucking sailor on fucking leave and having a good fucking time.:Laugh1:

I've noticed a huge shift over the past 5-10 years and hear it more and more now.

I live in an upscale beach community where the over-privileged little shits like to ride their skateboards and cuss like a sailor on shore leave.

While I'm quite proficient in my use of it now (especially when upset! 555), I was NOT dropping f-bombs on a daily basis when I was 13.

I think there has been a societal shift, and it is just far more accepted now. 15 years ago, a boss dropping an f-bomb would have been huge news. These days, eh....not so much.

As for the question in the OP, it doesn't bother me all that much, although, thinking about it, the girls i typically BF rarely use it.

That said, if a girl is really hot, she can say just about anything she wants, so long as she ends up blowing and/or banging me! 555

Well, that was a rubbish article :Crazy1: did it really take a study to discover  that the better you are at a language, the better you’ll also be at swearing in that language? Because that’s the real conclusion.  I’m thinking the professor got some easy money and smoked a lot of weed while conducting his study.

Yes. A mere 70 years. That is not long when you look at the bigger picture. 70 years, to turn from an eloquant english rose to a cast member of towie.

I doubt we saw such a massive drop in class in womens vocabulary from 1800-1870, or any other time in history. A horrible fall from grace.

Completely dependent on context of the word being used. Stubbed toe and yelled shit? Normal and fine in my books. Just depends on the context. But in general I don't mind if a girl I'm with is cursing.

You answered yes to his question “where you even alive then”. So I’m estimating you’re at least 70 years old, possibly 80.

Women 70 years ago may have been less inclined to swear but what of those 150 years ago? Especially those who worked the worlds oldest profession?
