Well, my gut feeling is, if she did that the odds are, she had a very good reason for doing so, and she is likely a victim of incest, who finally decided that it was time to stop it. I wonder if she had any younger siblings that were equally affected. I hope the justice system has some understanding of these issues.

 

ordinary young 28 year old women are not prone to do this kind of thing without very real reason!

Your jumping to a lot of conclusions without any facts. Could just be that he refused to give her money to support her drug or any other habit. Why assume incest especially when she's 28 already and could have reported him?

Why assume incest? High occurrence! And the actions, cutting off his genitals, suggests that motive.
Why not reported?
The power differential, shame, taboo etc...

This is a very personal attack. I would suspect at 28 it was long in the past, but a sibling or relative maybe involved.... Clearly there is more to this story.. :(
