Thep Prasit Road road Fascino (across from the now closed KAAN SHOW), opens at 8AM.  The closest one to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital is turn left as you walk out of the hospital; maybe 100 yards is Sukhumvit, turn right on Suk(do not cross the street), then a couple minutes walk at most, on your right is a brand new Fascino. Never went in to that Sukhumvit Fascino but drove past several times and walked past once. No picture.
