The downsides of the Base are:

Separating a small dwelling with partition into living room, bedroom, and kitchen

Narrow roof top pool, very windy, wtaer not clean, another 3rd floor pool doesn't catch with much sunlight, except at noon

Pay extra for weekly cleaning service

Lack of maintenance: water leakage from my sink, the safety box not fixed on the wall

Many Chinese tourists, some may have strange practices, such as leave thier door open and talk to thier friends/family member at another room

This is a very old Indian hotel located off third road.  They stopped doing routine maintenance years ago I'd guess.

In one room the air con only blasted out hot air.   They transferred me to a room where it only blasted out freezing air.

I'd give this place a pass unless I was looking at sleeping under a bridge.

Four stars?    Pass the bowl around.

HI Chris, if your meaning to pay a deposit for one of my rooms then no - you can use any bank account to pay into my Thai bank account, ie bank transfer.
