Cialis actually is good for blood pressure and for prostate health. Much better than Viagra.

I so strongly agree with this - Cialis seems to be much easier side effects wise than Viagra (although not perfect). Cialis' patent expired last year so lots of countries should be adding a generic soon, maybe this year. I'd suggest you all try it out!

Ibuprofen also heals the back/thigh pain that can be a side effect of Cialis

People seem to just take them like sweets !!  They are meant for elderly folk who are struggling not young guys lol. heart attack and stroke waiting to happen for some unknowingly

Erm, no. In fact, tadalafil is used to treat pulmonary hypertension. It actually lowers blood pressure.

The real danger would be some older person who takes nitrate medications for a pre-existing heart condition. Interaction of nitrates with tadalafil (or sildenafil for that matter) can cause fatal hyoptension.

Similarly, one has to be careful of ED meds if on hypertensive medication, as the two can and do interact in an additive fashion, but it's generally a minor effect (such as tadalafil / amlodipine)

You're missing the point. They are not meant to be taken as a recreational drug. Just read the side effects people have mentioned on this thread. Thats telling you you should not be taking them simple as. What did your GP say to you when you asked about suitability for you ??  Thats rhetorical.

Your question may be rhetorical, but I don't suffer from ED or any other malady and my GP is always offering a script for Cialis (he's fully aware, and I suspect somewhat jealous, of my fun in Pattaya).  But at 21,000 baht for 10 pills in America, I'll wait and buy it for about 500 baht for 4 pills in Pattaya.

If you want a better experience with your "date"... read, learn, live the following:

I bought 10 packets of Apacalis while I was in patts Oct/Nov 2017.

Go to LK Metro Area, take a seat outside  at Billabong bar, within 30mins you'll have people trying to sell you watches, sunglasses and all that stuff.

It's not missing the point. You made a medically incorrect statement which I corrected with factual information. I wasn't advocating use as a recreational drug anywhere in my reply.

Maybe this should go in Cambodia thread, but it almost worth trip there to buy drugs as 20mg, 4 to packet, generic Cialis there 2usd.  Also, was able to find the Clarithromycin drug that seems to work best for bronchitis type infection that seem to get once per year(at least) and 14 day dose of this was 8usd - costs $75ish Cdn back home.

Since you mentioned them in the same thread, I should point out that you should NEVER take cialis or apcalis (or even viagra/kamagra/levitra) when taking clarithromycin.

Clarithromycin is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor (part of the cytochrome P450 enzymes that metabolize about 50% of all known drugs) while ED drugs are CYP3A4 substrates.

If you take clarithromycin it will dramatically increase the plasma levels of any ED drug you take, leading to an effective overdose. This is because the inhibition of the CYP3A4 enzyme causes your body not to metabolize the ED drug properly.

Really appreciate this.  As luck would have it or maybe my drinking schedule have not resorted to the Clarithromycin yet - bought a few years supply though.  Last year I had bout with this bronchial infection when I got back from Thailand so likely will wait until I go home.  Hoping this not the case, but maybe reason why Clarithromycin so effective in curing this thing or would effect be that would have to wait for 8hr hardon before seeing medical attn? - lol.  As much as trying to be bit funny, do appreciate the serious nature of this.  Thx.
