To learn more, Google 'Cialis' (Apcalis is a generic of Cialis) and 'Viagra' (Kamagra and Sidegra are generics).

'Generic' means is has the same ingredients, but is out of patent so may be made by a different company. Cheaper but everything else is the same.

If you have been using them for a few years now, you have presumably found the differences. Me - but you may be different - I find Apcalis works just as well as Kamagra and does not cause flushing.

Kamagra: take it about 30 minutes before sex. If you have eaten, especially fatty food, allow 45 minutes.

Apcalis effectiveness is longer lasting. I take one on Day One and then half a day all the time I am in LoS. Means you are ready for action at any time!

Both drugs come as pills or as a gel sachet. Common price is 100 bahts per dose, with discount for quantity.

Most any pharmacy has it.  I have gotten it from one just to the south of the entrance to Soi 6/1 on 2nd road.  There is a small group of stores there just north of a fish market. There is another on Soi 7.  There are two pharmacies on Soi 7, and  I use the one nearest 2nd Road.  Seems like I paid 400 baht for 4 tablets (could be wrong), but I split them in two, taking half each day.  They work great, though it might take an hour for them to kick in (which is why once a day dosing is so great).  Take with food to help reduce headaches.  

There is also a pharmacy on Soi 13/1 or /2, can't remember, that has it too.  The one there would give a discounted price if you bought 3 boxes, but since I can't remember where it was exactly ....  But I suppose at any pharmacy you could ask for a discount for multiple boxes.  

Anyway, the point is that finding erectile drugs in Pattaya is easy.  Just avoid street sellers and any place where the drugs are not kept in an environmentally controlled area.

A box of 4 in December where 400 baht or 3 boxes for 1,000.

Normal (pucker stuff) Calias works well for me, lasting 2 days, but this stuff doesn't  seem to work on me at all.  Kamagra 100 mg  much better and lasts 24 hours for me.

Where can you get cialis 5MG tablets from and how much are they

Why buy Cialis 5mg at an inflated price when you can get Apcalis (20mg) for much cheaper? Just bite the pill in half. Anyway, 5mg is a really low dose.

I was offered them at the Soi 8 pharmacy and at the pharmacy at the beach road end of Soi 6.  I believe that they are 1200 for 4,  but I'm not sure , as I didn't get much past past buying Kamagra.

Anything more the 5mg gives me the sniffles, I don't like breaking pills up either so I don't mind paying a little extra for the 5mg.   I think the price works out to be about the same, the 5mg comes in a pack of 28.

Thanks, that was probably the 20mg pills, they come in a box of 4.  The 5mg, comes in a box of 28

I did try Apcalis bought from a bar many years ago and it had no effect (so perhaps fake)  I have been using Cialis 10mg from UK and they seem to work OK. Known in France as Le Weekend pill.

The Apcalis I bought from legit pharmacies in Pattaya (see my previous post here) most definitely works!  That is why I say, do not buy on the streets or from any place - even a legit pharmacy - that is not air conditioned.

I take Apcalis because it has less side affects, as compared to if I take Viagra (heart racing, flushing).  The only side affect I have with Apcalis is lower back pain.  But I take one 220mg Aleve (naproxen sodium) pill and that sorts out the pain in about 30 minutes.

Feck. I take one 20mg pill every day. It's good for my blood pressure anyway

I so strongly agree with this - Cialis seems to be much easier side effects wise than Viagra (although not perfect). Cialis' patent expired last year so lots of countries should be adding a generic soon, maybe this year. I'd suggest you all try it out!

People seem to just take them like sweets !!  They are meant for elderly folk who are struggling not young guys lol. heart attack and stroke waiting to happen for some unknowingly
