Daily rate looks ok but monthly rate seems a bit overpriced to me for low season for what you get.  I think their rates go up considerably from there in high season.  You can probably get a nicer place in Grand Ave. for a similar price.

Stayed here during my recent trip, just two small complaints, no hot water in the sink  so unless you boil it you are shaving with  cold water.

And if you like a good coffee are tea in the morning take or buy your own cup because the ones provided are tiny. 

Apart from that I couldn`t fault the place.

I usually stay at D hotel but was thinking about doing a monthly stay at D Apartments since the monthly rates at D hotel are quite high, the costs for a balcony room at D Apartments does seem rather high too tho.
