This is a good topic, I am heading over ina couple of days. I am going to by a cell off ebay, and get the sim card when i get to patts. Infact I am going to buy two of them one for me and one for the GF. How does text messaging work over seas?

Suggest you buy the phone for the GF in Thailand so that it will handle Thai text.

Just dont let her choose the most pricey one as she ll be line for it straight away,BGs and phones are like siamese twins, your ll have to surgically remove them to have sex,they can speak in two tongues and they always give you the hump in the end. :Laugh1:
