Hotel Baraquda

I'm planning to book hotel Baraquda based on tripadvisor reviews for my upcoming trip. Has any of bms stayed there? I enquired about  joiner fee and the reply from hotel was no joiner fee, just they would ask for an Id of the girl for security reasons.
