Yup Fon's bar is still there, haven't gone into any of the bars on this road though because I don't want to risk walking past a girl I barfined everyday.

 

There is one building under construction and the noise is hardly noticeable at the moment.

 

Also another note on Ring, avoid the laundry service, just realized today that it was twice as much as a laundry place around here.

I'm booked in to stay here over new year haven't stayed before but last time I was in Pattaya used the internet cafe several times and asked to look at the rooms as I would be interested in staying on my next trip got to say was well impressed with all the rooms new,spacious and clean so i'm hoping this is still the same later this year.

Looks nice, maybe i go here in february. Before i have go to Flipper Lodge and House.. good hotels, but too much noise sometimes from soi7/8. Is here more quiet???

ive stayed twice this year for 650baht a night....no addition charges....the rooms are very clean, have good showers, free wifi, safes and basic satelittle. The the girls (not lb's) that work there are called ying and koffee. ying works the internet and koffee works the front bar which is open pretty much round the clock if you are drinking and spending money there.

the ladyboys that work the night on reception are nice enough and wont give you any hassle. one of them could is so hot she could easily be mistaken for a girl.

the local thai cook oposite does the best food all for only 40 baht a meal...happy days.

location - its right oposite boys town on second road Soi 15 and within 5 minutes walk of soi diamond and Walking Street.

As others have said, with no pool or lift the rates are way over the top,especially Monthly! I believe same ownership as "Sanya" which is also nice but again OTT rates!

1250 a night in February for a suite is a pretty good price I think?

Stayed there 3 nights in september.

A bit noisy in the morning, but right in the middle of the action.

So easy to grab a short time in any gogo and bring it to your room.

 

Everything is clean, same as pictures. People very nice at reception.

 

Worth the price.

I was there off and on in the end of Nov and just before x-mas in Dec. and was very happy with the place.

 

There are only 5 rooms available and I stayed in rooms 2 and 4.

My buddy stayed in the deluxe room 5 so I got to see that as well.

 

I found it an excellent value for the money considering how close it is to everywhere I wanted to go. Since it is on Second Road, you can catch the bath bus a few steps out the door.

 

The Second Road traffic can get a bit noisy if your a light sleeper.
