New Yamaha Scooter in Thaimarket

I have had a look at both the PCX 150 and Nmax - both new models and decided on the PCX

Test drove both and the PCX for me has more comfort - think the Nmax maybe slightly quicker of the start BUT marginal.

You can also buy a hook for the PCX to allow for the shopping.  Seen it on a few bikes.  The Nmax also can have the shopping hook attached if you want.

Both bikes are roughly the same price - PCX 87k and Nmax roughly 81k - both from dealerships not shops.

I also think later down the line when it comes to selling the bike or trade in the PCX will give a better return.

Na...40 Baht parking at WS same as PCX makes em both too expensive.

With the PCX having a "combi-brake", your front brake is always going to be active no mater which lever you use.  Definitely not good when there is water or gravel on the road.  NMax's dual ABS brakes are by far the best selling feature.

This N Max is very popular in Bali,But I think the reason being is also the price .It is sold new at Yamaha dealers for around 65.000 baht.

If they are asking here in thailand 79.000 baht or around that price a much better bet is the Honda PCX .at the same price.

The quality of Honda IMO is much better than Yamaha.

I have 2 similar motor bikes in Bali 125 cc automatics both late models one yamaha and one Honda .The quality of the Honda just has a much better feel.

If the N Max was being sold around the 65.000 baht price new they would sell a lot more.

In Bali the PCX is around the same price as in Thailand....

Thats why thai ppl prefer honda click or yamaha fino...

Shopping with your twist n go ?!

Longtimers shop with their pickup or or little runaround
