I did a search and got quoted 3 million + for a month.

I contacted Luca direct with a pm..no problem ,he gave a monthly deal..see what happens early September. Grazza

Okay,I stayed for 2 months,I contacted Luca with a personal message..the apartment was great..good deal..I will use this company again for sure....I've been to pattaya over 20 times,this was the first time I've used this company ..I plan to contact luca mid year..plan to be back in pattaya around July..power and water was charged at a very reasonable rate... Very nice site with great pictures, definitely one of the better ones by far.

 

It will become even better as more property's are added.

 

The only improvements I can think of is when places are available for long lets to have monthly, 6 monthly and yearly rents available from the drop down + have the other costs, electricity & water at what rates ? + internet, ADSL costs.

 

Minor things which may be more effort to do than its worth, especially as its Holiday Rentals, not long term ones.

 

Nice job and definitely worth bookmarking    .

Yes. I'm curious - is the website still on and the units available for rent?

Luca replied to my query email.

I asked whether the site mypattayastay is still active and do the rates still apply.

His response was that all is good.

I am considering a few units listed there as well. 

Haven't decided yet. We shall see.

Not sure if the op is still interested in renting...last time I made a inquiry he was very rude towards me..I booked elsewhere..seem he has been renting at high prices through Agoda..still no excuse taking over a week to reply..about 12 days to be exact...I also lost another condo from another company...and to top it off he didn't even bother to other me something else to rent...weird..a bit of a shame really.
