Hi,

There is a tonys gym. Cost is 90 THB per visit.

You will find it between Chaba Hut Resort and R-Con residence, just next to the big outdoor market, on soi buakao.

Some Gyms are complete shit. Just machines for the ladies.

Tony's Gyms are ok and probably the best that you will find in Pattaya but don't expect the same standard as you would at home.

Who do you recommend for Muay Thai? I normally use Tony's but would like to mix in some Muay Thai during my March-April stay.

Tony's is ok. You have Fairtex in North Pattaya, Sitpholex on Sukhumvit, Scorpion on soi Norway and on the darkside Sityathong.

How is this center compared to the others (Can you squat, Bench ect.)? And how crowded is it?

Cheers

How about Tenerife SportPoint? they've got a website: pattayasport.com/

You can run into some club 4 girls there too if you're lucky (or unlucky).
