Is it difficult to get 1-month accomodation in December?

I need a room in Pattaya for a month in December (I've only made trips outside of Dec / Jan previously). Just contacted D Apartments and they are full up. Is it like this everywhere? Places are all booked up for December already?

 

Any replies from those in the know would be appreciated.

Friend of mine just got the Kilkenny for the month for 20,000 in late December to January

We offer a monthly rate @ 10,000b and still have a couple of rooms avail over dec but they are running out fast. Plenty of pics and rates in the thread.
