when I rented bikes out with my apartments  ( I no longer do so) I had an agreement with a local bike shop who would go collect them in his bike and side car and fix them.

The recovery works on that we have a mechanic on call and we also have a truck ready to collect you and the bike if needed.

 

We also have a standby bike which is my own bike but never the less its a stand in.

 

If you get a puncher then its in our contract that its down to you to get it fixed at the nearest bike shop, there's one on almost every corner.

I have a customer booking with me 6th june to 22nd june 2015 who would like to book a bike from a repeatable dealer with a shop address ( important to him as he would like to know were to go if he has a problem ) not send an email or call on the phone !!!!!!. who offers a breakdown service do you have anything available he has stayed with me many times and has a Thai licence and a full bike licence from his home country.

 

He is a top guy not a drink and drive guy if I was still renting bikes out he would be my perfect renter.
