Where Do TGs Like To Eat?

I don't even take them out any more. They usually dont have an appetite anyhow. I'd rather spend that money on myself. What's the point anyways? It's not like you're going to have that much fun eating with your TG. She doesnt even know english very well!

 

I think 99% of the time, all they want is to go to a food cart and buy some cheap fried rice or pork sticks. I let them go out and buy it themselves, thereby saving me 30 baht. Couldn't ask for more. I'm saving loads now that I don't take them out anymore. LOADS. If I want to go out somewhere nice I'll go by myself.

 

 

Its differnt if you live there but on a 2 week blast its a laughto take em out sometimes, 2 liked the Sushi at Big C one was a right flash cow but dead funny so its sport..

I wont take em out somewhere decent unless they can speak, I have never taken a short time girl to eat except when they turn to long times

I really liked the Thai place right on second rd right across from soi12. Cheap food, really good, there are also some really good spots off Soi Bukao. I really like Thai food, usually you can get a decent plate for around 100 baht....

That place outside the 7 that you can never remember being in. It only costs 20BHT and you know it tastes good, you just can't remember where it is.

A few of the girls i was with liked that place on Big C, called Thai Thai restaurant, canny cheap and the grubs well decent, nice and clean inside too.

They will eat almost anywhere.

 

Kiss is a good place to take them for fast food, they do a good range of thai and felang food.

 

Another good idea is to get them back to your room give them 300bht and ask them to go out and get some food to eat in room.

 

they will come back a short while later with a load of grub.

I do almost the same: After boomboom (or sometimes before, if I am really hungry), I go with the girl buy some barbecued brochettes (chicken satay, pork or beef) and other street food, together with fried rice or noodles. Food shop are everwhere and in full swing around bar closing time. Girls love it, I love, we go back to the room and have a nice chat or watch tv, sometimes DVD on laptop, while eating. Not awkward at all (not too fond to go eat with a girl if I do not like smalltalk with her anyway), ultracheap, easy.

Noodle soup shops are also good (we eat there then, not easy to bring back a soup in hotel ;-) ), and on special occasion I go eat a suki in BigC. Thai Thai is nice too, but better for noon or afternoon lunch that for dinner, imho.

I never eat farang food while in thailand, alone or with company, and I do not go to "classy" (= for tourists) thai restaurant anymore: I think that the quality is at least on par in road food shops or small restaurant for thai, much cheaper and girls like it more

Each time I'd ask the girl where she wanted to dine, the response was, "Up to you." Shit, I was in Patts for 2 weeks and if a place didn't have anything to do with sex, I was lost. For my next trip, can you guys recommend restaurants that are popular with TGs. Somewhere they'll likely enjoy?

They all seem to like MK but it will cost a few baht. My tip (if you have the time) is to take them to a barbeque buffet. I like Geng on Pattaya Tai B119 + drinks.

Geng buffet on 3rd road's really good 6 of us all ate all you can eat for less than 900baht

There is a BBQ turn first Right past the shell garrage ot look as if you are going no where, past Physical massage I think 120 baht all you can eta plus drinks its great they have Thai band also

My one friend would always want to eat, it was unreal, even more than me. I know that spicey/hot food lessens the appetite, especially because I do not eat it often home, but I like it a lot. She would only eat food from street carts, she liked it because it was like eating home. I must say I enjoyed it myself, and the fried bugs are not bad. When I ate them on the street all the TGs around looked at me bewildered because they said 'falanag no like, why you eat?'

Was Sizzler that good? I haven't been to one since I was a kid. They all went out of business around here about 20 years ago.

My TG loves trolley foods , it worked out for me and her, i like to go to MANHATTON STEAKHOUSE, and other good restaurants, That way i usually paid average of 1000-1,500 bahts for a good slap up meal and she only paid 40- 150 bahts for the foods she loves, then we meet up after our finished meal,have a good drink out, no problems at all, ... Why force your TG to eat the falangs food that they hated..

I ate out with lady friend for two weeks and we ate all around. She like places with good food and felt expensive places were a waste of money. Her favorites were Pattaya Beer Garden, Pizza Company at Royal Plaza and Foodland grocery store with food counter on Central Road near Third Road. She enjoys Foodland a lot and eats there herself as you can watch them make the food and it is good and reasonably priced. We went to one of the floating restaurants where you take a shuttle boat one night and it was a novelty/treat for her but nothing special in terms of food. A one time for both of us I expect.

 

If you are comfortable together then it does not matter where you go and they like a bit of variety but seldom have eaten in farang places. Not surprisingly they tend to order the Thai food from the menu while you may eat farang foods. Exception was pizza which she likes and says Thais like for the change.

Sizzler is still a good choice, one at Royal Garden and also a new one in the Central festival.

I think that they don't mind where you go but they all prefer Thai food to foreigner food maybe somewhere like the restaurant 24 at the Avenue Pattaya is good as they have good foreign food and decent Thai food
