Oh ok mate, are few on here say the same thing , then another post says he has answered them, so a bit confusing as to what's going on ?

Just guessing he must be selective with his responses. His loss :D

I'm currently going for a visa through him, and he has been prompt with replies to any email I have sent him. Last one was Thursday just gone, and he replied within about an hour

The funny thing about first impressions is you don't get a second chance at them!

I rang him few weeks ago and he sorted out my pension letter from the embassy.

I have never had any issues with him or his service in the time I have been using his services (4 years).

I phoned Key Visa today to see if they were still getting the letter from the British Embassy confirming your pension .

They said: Yes total cost 3600 baht. Last year i paid 500 to Key Visa plus about 2500 to the Embassy so Key Visa seem to be charging about 1000 baht for their services.

Possibly less people using the service so price has to go up.
