If the problem aren't the teeth but dark stains/plaque between the teeth, a very soft toothbrush, and an abrasive toothpaste like Colgate Advanced Whitening remove them swiftly, if you brush your teeth consequently up-down.

And dip your brush in bi carb soda..wonderful stuff for stains, do mine every 2nd brush

If you have ANY sensitivity issues with your teeth you are in for some pain.  After the procedure you'll experience surges of pain that come out of nowhere.

 

Also - teeth whitening doesn't work on everyone's teeth.

+1   Hurts like hell..... but only for a short time... as the bloke above says, everything will be fine and then BANG......... excruciating pain for a couple of seconds.  That will go on, on and off for a couple of days.

 

A cheap way I have found, is , Colgate Optical White, and, if you like, some bi carb soda..... works a treat...  only use the soda every other day, as it is abrasive....  The results are truly remarkable.  I am a 40 year smoker and drink gallons of coffee, and the results of the "at home" method, appear to be better than the laser whitening.

the plaque between your teeth is pretty r=easy to get rid of at the dentist.... and cheap too.....  

 

They use this little gadget that attaches to the drill and it works fine..... they also use a manual scraper.... depending on how much scale there is, they may deaden your mouth... but it is well worth it...

Yes whiting your teeth is cheap, buy a can of white paint and a brush a joke.

had mine done at @beach in central last year come up WHITE!!!! but went back to the same they was 6/7 months later.had it done again this year and my teeth went back to the same colour 3 months later, i don't smoke or drink coffee. they will whiten sure but doesn't last long.i have heard good thinks about hollywood dentist on soi bu cow.
