Sea Me Spring Too Hotel - Construction

What is the latest news on the construction next to the Sea Me Spring Too hotel? My trip is scheduled in a few weeks and I do not want to be bothered with construction noise. I had that issue last time at another hotel and it was not cool.

I stayed at sea me spring back march 2012 and it nearly finished then. They had people staying there already.
