Muay Thai/Fitness in Pattaya!

Fairtex does get a bad rap as a tourist trap, lets face it most people are tourists who are going there but it does have good trainers and 4 rings so you dont have to wait as long to get in the ring, also lots of Farangs to spar with too. Guaranteed 5 x 4 min rounds, I have trained there a few times always been good.

Twin Tigers is the one by Tony's gym complex on 3rd road just south of Pattaya Tai, go upstairs it is run by a lady who's name I cant remember. Small gym with one ring and a few bags, I think the price was 300 THB per session, quite a bit cheaper then fairtex but only two trainers most of the time, sometimes three.

Sityotong and Sipholek are both good Gyms, a little out of the way but that is sometimes better for training, depends on what you want. Have never been to Kombat but have seen their fighters in the ring and they are pretty good.
