Are there lifts in the buildings or just stairs it didnt say anything on the website about this.

When I stayed Areca last year I noticed there was a huge empty lot behind the Evergreen Wing that was slated for a large condo project.

 

I've read on another forum that construction has started on this project and that noise is an issue now (think pile drivers).

 

I would guess that pool view rooms would be OKAY but be careful getting a room facing the construction site.

^ They were drilling or something for a well when I stayed this time last year there.. Was all quiet when i was back there in February this year.
