accomodation for 1 month +

hello this is my first post on the website,.

when i come to thailand (for the last 8 years) i normally base myself in hua hin and can find myself a condo there for 10,000 bht / month.

when i come this year i am looking to stay in pattaya for 6/7 weeks and i am looking for a place where i can stay for the duration of my time but also that i can leave and leave my belonging there when i go on other trips.

 

if anyone knows hh i am talking about a place similar to Residence

portfolio, How far in advance do you have to book places like Diana Oasis?? I'm looking at OCT-NOV and was planning to start looking for something in June

 

Like the OP geordietwo I'm thinking of spending 2,3 months in Pattaya and using a monthly rental as a base while I do some traveling.

for diana oasis you need to book many months in advance as its so popular im already booked for xmas but they were full already in jan 12 for new years 12/13 !!

i originally booked in for 3 days last june, but they accomadated me in different studios for 4 months utterly fantastic service believe me.
