Big Technical Problems Trying to Login into This Forum

I spent all day trying to login. I tried 3 different browsers on my PC. When this didn't work, I tried to login from my work computer. That didn't work either. I couldn't get a login link to come up. The only way I was able to login was to create a new user with a different e mail address. Once I clicked the new user link from the newly created e mail established solely for this purpose, I was finally able to get a login link. But I could only get the link as a new user. Then I could login with the name I've used for the two years I've been a member.

 

I think the problem is that this site is running out of bandwith, and there are probably many members who can't access it. Worse yet, I couldn't get any response from the mod that we are told to contact. I've had this problem before, and couldn't get a response then, and also didn't get a response with an access problem I had several months ago.

 

It would probably be a good idea to post a notification on the forum's website when members are being prevented from logging in. It seems that if this is a bandwith problem, then members may have to be limited to maximum periods of use per day. Once that period is reached, then they get bumped for a certain period of time so other members can get in.
