Visa expiry question (exact date)

I hope someone can help me, iI've searched but cant find an answer...

 

My 3rd entry of my triple entry visa says "enter before 5 April 2012"

 

Does anyone have experience of wether this means exactly as it says i.e enter BEFORE so that'll be the 4th April, or can i still enter on the 5th?

 

My flight is booked to arrive 6pm on the 5th but can change my it to the 4th if need be.

When it says 'enter before' i wouldn't take the risk and chance your flight if that isn't to much of a hassle .

That's what I meant.I wasn't sure what to call the 30 day entry.

I knew you knew, but I wasn't sure the OP would know.

 

It basically means that if that happened his maximum stay without another exit is 30 (29?) + 7 days.

 

I have a sneaking suspicion that he might get away with coming in on 5th, but as jerry said, i wouldn't risk it if I could change the flight.

Thanks for the replies, If 37 days was enough for my stay i might be temted to risk it but ive gone and changed my flight.

 

ah well, i'll just have to get back to Patts one day early. !
