Well, products like Viagra, Kamagra and apcalis are sold over the counter at the pharmacies

If you are diabetic then you need serious consultation and this forum wont be any helpful.

 

Stress, food habit, sleep does effect ED.

If you have an ED problem, then you should look into it in your home country. I doubt if Pattaya has the medical facilities or treatments available to handle this type of problem.

If you think it has mental reasons: Counseling Center Pattaya - the guy is a sex therapist and there's also an ED self check on his website.

If you think it may have purely physiological reasons, don't drop pills but see a doctor. On the risk of him trying to sell you the same pills to make a few extra bucks, at least you can rule out physical causes if nothing is found during the examination.
