Wanting accomodation with the following:

 

- Aircon

- TV

- Wifi (ideally not essential)

 

Most importantly seeing I do not have a scooter I would like to baht bus it everywhere so I wanna be close to Walking Street and the Soi's.

 

I want to pay around 15 000 baht a month.

You pretty much have your pick of guesthouses or monthly apartments for that budget, just book before the Songkran cheap charlie crowd start coming in.
