Failed to set photo

For some reason I can't set my animated GIF as my avatar on this board. I go to load it and I get "Failed to set photo". This is the avatar I use on all my LOS related boards with no problem.

 

Any ideas?

Maybe it is too big doesn't match the maximum size requirements of PA ?

I didn't see those requirements. It works on other boards that seem to be using the same software.

 

Edit: Other boards allow me to link to a URL. The image is on photobucket. Can I do that here?
