Aya boutique hotel

Hey gents I just booked a room for my first trip to pattaya in may. I selected the Aya boutique hotel. Anyone have any info on the place? I know there are cheaper and maybe nicer places to stay but I wanted to stay in a boutique style place for my first trip. According to reviews its close to Walking Street and relatively quiet. The photos look great.

Was known as Fraser Resort previously uptil around October last year.

Not a bad hotel location wise, however the walls are paper thin.

If you book make sure you book a room for 2 people otherwise they will charge if you bring back a girl to your room

Thanks for the info rooster33. I do recall reading that the walls were thin. It appealed to me mainly due to the location. I'll be there late may so hopefully it won't be too bad.

I stayed there when it was Fraiser Resort. Overall the hotel is good. The location is outstanding!!!! About a 3-5 min walk to Walking Street.

Thanks for the info Mrmajik. I knew it was close but that's really close.

Stayed there in October it was fine. a bit noisy as you can hear people walking up and down corridors at all hours. But you can live with that.

The showers in my room wasn't that great puts water all over the bathroom floor.

They take your guests ID and will call you before they give it her back when she leaves to make sure everything is ok ie not stolen anything.

Never tried the food so can't comment on that.

But the location is excellent
