Renting in Jomtiem Beach and Pratamnak Pattaya with Internet Connection

Hi,

 

I am wanting to rent an apartment in Pattaya (prefer around Jomtiem Beach and Pratamnak areas) from March till June (3 months) this year... wondering what the best (non rip off) real estate agent to use is...?

 

My one need that is 100% necessary is the internet connected (I am needing my own connection fast and stable for work wifi alone would not be suitable) the apartment would need to have a telephone line with the internet set up or atleast the potential of it being set up, Do any apartments with this kind of short term rental have this set up, if not do you think its possible to get it set up and how long and at what price would it be?

 

I looked at Dancewatchers they had a reasonable deal with around 20 thousand for a small studio with ADSL internet, however I doubt it would be the premium service.. I need pretty stable and fast internet... wondering if anyone has any tips or rented a place before that they were happy with.. any pointers will be much appreciated,

 

I contacted Alan Boltons as they were recommended for a good real estate, but they told me that they dont do rentals under 6 months though, Im only looking for 3 months... maybe i would need to contact owners directly, any sites where they can do that?

I have a one bed and a two bed in Jomtien. At the present time both will be available from March onward. I am not 100% sure on the internet connection but I can find out about ADSL. I can't see that being a problem.. Please PM me if you want some more information. I also have a business partner who is very good at finding what you want without going through the agents.
