Can I get good quality vitamins in Pattaya or Bangkok, or should i bring 3 months supply with me ??

The vitamins are more expensive.........Blackmores...made in Australia.........I finally found cheaper than Blackmores...'Boots' but they are same price as in Australia.

Buy the vitamins before you arrive.......... Blackmores seem to have a hold on the Thai market ,

Definately bring them with you... The selection here is limited and VERY EXPENSIVE. For example: Ginsing that I get for about $5 in the US is double or triple that here.
