looking for a nice condo, 2-3 month rental in central pattaya

Hello Gents,

 

It seems i am rotating off a few months from the Middle East and will be in-between projects so im looking for a a condo in pattaya during that time.

 

I would need a studio or 1 bedroom centrally located of a high standard for 2-3 months. ( as for centrally located i mean in pattaya bay, with a max of 5 min on a motorbike to walking street)

 

Must have:

• decent/good internet connection
  
• modern tv (HDMI connection)
  
• Gym
  
• pool
  

Nice to have:

• balcony
  
• sea view
  
• close to beach
  

Would be happy if anyone could point me in the right direction or directly offer something.

Do you all have any idea of prices for something like that?

Like you I'm thinking of renting a condo for a few months in Central Pattaya next year. I was looking at several condo complexes behind the Avenue Shopping Plaza. Pride Condos, Avenue Residence, Urban Condos & Pattaya City Gardens.

 

I've checked a couple of websites and also got some info from the sales offices of condos. one note to consider is that rental leases under 6 months will generally cost you a bit more on a monthly basis.

 

The website I posted above should give you an idea of monthly fees.

 

I'll try and keep this thread updated on what I find.
