anyone stayed sunshine vista serviced apartments

Hello to you all i will be in pattaya in a few weeks for my first time it would be great if you could give me some advice on some where to stay ,i have been told to stay at the sunshine vista serviced apartments just off beach road on soi 3

Need a bit more information before we can make any real suggestions. What price range, pool or not, in room or lobby safe, shower or bathtub, hot water, lift or stairs, lcoation (how close to the action), restaurant or not. Lots of things we need to know as every place is different and many may not be anything like what you want.

Hi thanks for the responce our price range upto 2000 baht per night inroom safe pool restaurant girl friendly with in a 5-10 ride away from the action

As a quick response I will suggest the Residence Garden. Very comfortable, in room safe, separate bedroom, 2 pools, Captains Corner Restaurant and a poolside lounge which is also decent for breakfast. Landry right next door or across the street. 10-15 minutes walk to Walking Street or a 5 minute baht bus ride. 10 minute baht bus ride to Jomtiem beach which is far superior to the Pattaya Beach. there are usually a fair number of members from various Pattaya Boards staying here at any time and if you book your stay through the Pattaya Pages website you will get a price discount as well. Definitely good value for money.

 

Another good option is LK Metropole which there is a review of here on the forums. This is a very nice hotel with great reviews and a deal can be had on their prices through the Pattaya Talk Forums.

I've stayed at the Sunshine hotel on Soi 8. Nice place right in the middle of the beer bar action. It fills early for high season.

The Sunshine Vista is a fine hotel but for the money they charge now I would bypass it an go and get a suite in the residence Garden which is cheaper.
