Look for the sites of guest houses at the website of soi L K Metro (http://www.lkmetropattaya.com/bars-and-guesthouses.html) and contact them. There are plenty of options there.

I have done a quick search on Agoda.com and there are 34 hotels available for your dates in Central Pattaya. Don't know what your budget is?

Yes at the moment I have Standard, Deluxe and Superior rooms. Prices are 800,900 and 1000 baht.
