I ask because I am looking for a room (as some of you know) and my experience so far has been less than 'exhilarating' with one agent I had to ask a question 5 times - like getting blood out of a stone

Golden Homes are ok. They even pay my bills and clean my place when I am offshore. Office in soi Diana inn.

Why not look for a room here in Forum,,, Plenty of BMs have condo here.. But had to be more than a month rent. If looking to buy one, you be better off to come to pattaya and have a look around rather buying blindfolded.. I bought two cos i shopped around in Pattaya. Take your time, price in Pattaya are not increasing, they are still the same or lesser for couple years due to Global downturn..
