im in Thailand and i get hundreds of messages from the forum to my email. i dont have time here to check even a fraction pf them and i really want to unsubscribe of some of the less important threads. how do i do that? i looked around and didn't find the option. please help/

You can easily change the settings so you don't get to much email, I barely get one mail a week.

Thanks for your helpful reply. Yep I have the shits with this forum. First it spams me by default. Second the unsubscribe link didn't work. I think that's illegal, at least in USA. Third I can't find anything about leaving the forum. Fourth when I Google it I find a site alleging serious criminal activity by the forum owner. Yes, I want outta here.

I've just read what your talking about re criminal activity. I don't know but to my mind it seems far fetched. 3rd party testimonials with withheld names?

Regardless, the people on this site have helped me out no end and I'm sure they would you too.

That old site still around? It's all bull, sour grapes by someone.

 

The unsubscribe link should work. It at least should take you to your subscribed list where you can un-check everything. As for leaving the site you could try logging off and never logging back in again?
