Wish you the best to rent it, but could you please tell me how much is a low-floor unit (or the cheapest one, I don't care for view) in this building?

Living the dream!

Ver nice condo and fair price at 20, I see many view talay want 25+ for not so smart place and this complex is so smart unlike the view talay buildings that remind me of uk council flats, and the point about the view is b/s, after a couple of weeks that becomes a insignificant part of your living experience in a condo, good luck with renting

These units go for 20 to 30k a month.ExpatDave is giving a good deal. I rent mine out at the moment (exactly the same unit) on a year contract for 25k a month.

Prices are between 3 and 3.4 milion for foreign ownership but as far as I know foreign ownership is sold out. In Thai name you can get it slightly cheaper.

The project is great and the location is awesome.

I am pretty sure that is about what I paid, but haven't been there in a few years. You can ask Suwanna who works at the Urban and gives the tours.
