White Patong hotel in Phuket

I stayed 3 nights last september in that small hotel : http://www.whitepatong.com/

It's located in Soi Sansabai and very close to the nightlife scene (about 2 min walk) and the Jungceylon shopping center...

Small room but a good bargain (1200 Baths low season rate) and very free good wifi during my whole stay even if my room was on the 4th floor (Cf pics of the room and the hotel's street)...Girlfriendly (Reception asks for your girl's Id card)

The only minor drawbacks : they should improve their check-in process and have someone carry your luggage to your room upstairs.. can be noisy at night too since one can hear the music from the rock band of a bar not far but i really didn't mind koz i'm a great fan of that kind of music...

You can have your breakfast in one of the numerous restaurants and bars in the close vicinity...

there's a new extension wing called "White Patong 2" just opposite but i stayed in the old one...

I will remember that hotel especially since i had there one of my best fucking sessions of my whole life with a thai chick named "Ping" found in the "Rock Hard A Gogo" bar 3 hours before my driver came to take me to the airport !

Had 2 friends use this place for the odd night, due to there original hotel charging 1000 for a guest.

 

Soi Sansabai is a great place to stay, close to the action, and lots of nice places to eat. I always stay in Summerbreeze just up the Soi.

is a safe in the room? or have safeboxes at the lobby?
