Hmmm seems a Good Location been watching it go up last couple of Years and saw them doing finish touched a few Wks ago.

 

Always worrys me a Soft opening but at that price and what most here are looking for in Room Location seems nice

 

The main point to raise is Guest Friendly Yes or No ?

Looks small and simple like a short-time room, can't see any windows as well, but the price and location is right!

 

I have never been in a short time room as nice as this looks....then again I've not been in many, honest!

 

Some of these new boutique style hotels are like this with no windows, stayed in one further up called The Key, which looks very similar, really nice room though.

 

Should imagine it's guest friendly but that's the chance you take when booking a new hotel but I'd try 2 or 3 nights at this price.

Location is great, but there are better hotels for cheaper if you are willing to go a bit further.
